Join Staff
YWAM is a global missions movement empowered by faith filled staff who are dedicated to bringing to life the dreams, visions and strategies God has give us to be able to reach the world. We are a missional community working towards every tribe, nation and hearing and receiving the gospel. So we invite you to join us! Become a staff member and help us build a platform to train, raise up and release missionaries into every nation and sphere of society.
Specific staffing needs currently include:
– IT / Programming staff
– Translators
– Maintenance and Garden staff
– Multimedia and Creative ministry staff
– School staff (for DTS or secondary schools)
Joining our staff team means a commitment of at least two years. This is so that there is enough time and a safe space to grow and learn together and rely on one another.
Become a mission builder
What is mission building?
Mission builders are people who want to come short term with a heart to serve and partner practically with the base community. Fulfilling all sorts of vital roles. Anything from kitchen aid, gardening, tech support, construction projects and much more.
When?
We love having mission builders join us at all times of the year. We are a dynamic community and there is always something happening to get involved in.
How Long?
Mission builders are welcome to stay from as short as three weeks up to three months.
How much does it cost?
Mission building is free! It is more of a trade. Your time, energy and skills for housing, food and fellowship.
Do I need professional skill?
No! Everyone has something to give. There will be a place for you to help. All you need is a heart to serve and a willingness to jump in.
