Ukraine Response

At YWAM Herrnhut, we are receiving and hosting refugees (primarily women and children) fleeing Ukraine. Since Russian has invaded Ukraine on February 24th, almost 1 million Ukrainians have been displaced and are now seeking refuge in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Germany. Herrnhut was founded 300 years ago as a place for those seeking refuge, and it’s our vision at the base to serve those in need. The cost to house one refugee per month is 350 euros. Would you partner with us financially to host those fleeing conflict? Donations can be made to support one refugee for one month (350 Euros), two months (700 Euros), or three months (1,050 Euros).

As YWAM Herrnhut we invite you to join us in becoming a patron for missions by donating monthly. Our goal is to grow regular income to cover core operational overheads and to fund future growth including new ministries, field teams, training opportunities and to further develop our facilities. We believe the future of YWAM Herrnhut is big and you are invited to participate.

Over the past 15 years, we have seen over 2,500 people trained and released into the nations through YWAM Herrnhut. All that time we have been incredibly squeezed for space with our main meeting room also being a classroom and dining hall. We have undertaken a major project to restore a run-down building on the property at a cost of two million Euro. We are looking for partners, big and small, in the work of transforming the building into a center for Christian community and missions.
Scholarship Fund
As YWAM Herrnhut we believe diversity is a strength. The benefit of having people from many cultures and nations seeking God together is that it allows us to gain a deeper and broader understanding of who God is. Partner with us in empowering those from developing nations to join in our training or to staff in Herrnhut by donating to our Scholarship Fund.
